At the first glance, facility management seems to be completely new in Serbia. However, some forms of FM always existed regardless of political system or ownership forms (private, public, state or mixed). Nevertheless, implementation of facility management is still required and expected for the majority of existing buildings in use. The increasing presence of international companies offers a promising new market for the FM business in Serbia. FM concepts that were applied in the USA, UK and EU will not fully respond if we just make copy and implement it in Serbia. It should be adjusted to the needs of local enviroment, legislative base, as well as of facility features. Therefore, the customization is core of our business model.
